Our facilities for in-house work are equipped with large scale, lathe, milling, and grinding machines, as well as the latest CNC machining centers, to handle virtually any repair project. Our capabilities include cylinder re-manufacturing, ThermEx® and ThermAlloy® thermal spray, welding, grinding, and large and small scale machining.

Plastic Mixing
Exline Plastic Mixing Industry provides our customers with new or re-conditioned stainless steel mixing blades, heating vessels, cooling vessels, as well as reconditioned mixing tool and cooler blades. Exline provides these components for most mixing vessel brands such as Henschel Mixers®, Promixon and Plas Mec. Exline can also enhance the life of your mixing equipment with our DuraCoat® Protective Coatings.
Exline developed the original proprietary family of sprayed coatings called DuraCoat® for use on Heat Mixers, Cool Mixers, and Mixing Blades. The DuraCoat® coating process provides greatly extended life to the high shear areas of your blending equipment. Exline uses state- of-the-art thermal spray systems to apply DuraCoat® protective coatings.

Industrial Repair and Manufacturing

With Exline's CNC equipment, we can help you with your out-sourcing requirements for manufactured and production parts.
Exline's 150,000 sq. ft Industrial complex offers the following machine shop capabilities: small to large part machining, drilling, grinding, stress relieve, balancing rotating components, and straightening various sizes of shafts. Our field services division can disassemble and repair major equipment at customer locations and provide on site machining services. We also offer laser and optics alignment.
